Obituary of Walter A. Clapper

Walter "Wally" A. Clapper, Jr., 51 of Binghamton, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 11, 2015, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by the love of his life, Brenda (Fiori) Clapper; son, Kyle Clapper and stepson, Zachary Parkes. The joys of his life, his grandchildren, Robert (Bobby Magee) and Lilli (Sunshine); step-mother, Darlene Clapper; brothers, Ronald, Wade, Lee Clapper & Jerry Dashnau; sisters, Lisa Miller and Melisa Clapper; best friends, Phil Jones and Jake Miller and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, brother and sister in-laws. He was employed as a supervisor at National Pipe and Plastics. Wally was a fun loving guy who enjoyed the outdoors, bonfires and NASCAR. He was a talented woodworker. He and his wife, Brenda, handcrafted beautiful dollhouses, which they would donate as raffle prizes for the Relay For Life . His "Ooocuckachoo's" will be missed by all. The family wishes to thank Lourdes Hospice for their kind and compassionate care. The family will receive friends at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, LLC, 300 E. Main St., Endicott on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 from 1-2 p.m. A Graveside service will follow in Vestal Hills Memorial Park, Vestal.
