He was known for his cheerful, efficient and fun loving service. As a young man Billy participated in a number of winter guards and drum and bugle corps in the north-east, both as a member and instructor. He loved to entertain and make those around him feel happy and full of joy. Billy is survived by his loving family, spouse, Michael Ernest McNair and family; parents, Bob and Cheryl Klingensmith; siblings, Cheryl Siglin (Tom), Rob Klingensmith (Katrina), and Kristen Headley (Eric); and an abundance of nieces and nephews who love Billy to the moon and back. Our world is just a little dimmer now but Heavenly Father has added a new bright star to the heavens.
