Obituary of Brian R VanVorce

Brian R. VanVorce, 74, of Apalachin NY, passed away peacefully at UHS Wilson Memorial Hospital on Thursday, February 6th 2025, surrounded by the love of his family.

Brian was predeceased by his father, Robert VanVorce.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 37 years, Karen VanVorce of Apalachin; his cherished mother, EmmaJane VanVorce of Endicott; his loving children, Kristin James (Bryan) of PA, Shane VanVorce of FL, Melanie Gregory (Mike) of Binghamton, and Chad Johnson of Endicott; and his treasured grandchildren, Montanah Hubel (Ryan) of PA, Brandon King (Ashton) of CA, Brianna Lord (Brian) of Endicott, Mallet James of PA, Mavin James of PA, Hailee Johnson of Endicott, and Rylie Johnson of PA.

He is also survived by his siblings, Lynn Crump of PA, Douglas VanVorce (Theresa) of Endicott, and Peggy McCane (Harold) of FL, along with several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A devoted son, husband, father, and grandfather, Brian was a man who found joy in sharing his knowledge and experience with those he loved. His wisdom, and love will be deeply missed but never forgotten.Brian retired from IBM Corp, Endicott after 25 years of service.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during calling hours at Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E Main St. Endicott, on Saturday, February 15th, 2025 from 12pm to 2pm. A celebration of life will be held immediately following.
