Donald E. Ackley, 64, of Endicott NY, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by close family and friends. Don was survived by his loving wife Patti Ackley, his son Andrew Ackley; step children Rick Schrader (Michele Gardiner), Kristi and Eric Wetzelberg, David Carrico (Michelle Balcer), Dustin Carrico, and Jamie Emma-Feringa; Beloved grandchildren, Annabelle Ackley; Nathan and Laura, Abigail (Kyle Youdas), and Molly Wetzelberg; Kaleb (Sage Poland), Breonna, and Logan Schrader; Hailey Weeks, and great grandchildren Neveah Schrader, and Brantly Carr.

During his life, Don was an avid grateful dead fan who loved dirt track racing. His wonderful friendships with, Scott Thompson, Joe Lussier (Kayla Morley and Michael Kinnery), Percy Harper, Steve Roberts, and Jason and Renee Burns are forever remembered.
