Obituary of Sandra Surace

Sandra Christine Surace, 84, passed away April 22, 2025. Sandy was predeceased by her son James, her parents, James & Victoria (Quatraini) Surace (Sayre PA), sister Rosemary Taylor and brothers Joseph & Angelo Surace as well as nieces Victoria and Valerie. Surviving are nieces Veronica (Dan) Jeffrey and Donna Thomas and nephews Daniel (Teresa) Vaow, and James Vaow. Sandy was proud of her training as a histologist and later her involvement with the Foster Grandparent Program. She was a devoted Catholic, loved to play Bingo and didn't miss a trip to the casinos. Thanks go to all staff at Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center where she participated in activities and complained about any meal that wasn't fast food. No services are planned.
