Louis A. Novello Jr. Obituary

Louis Anthony Novello, Jr. departed this life, from his lovely residence at Good Shepherd Village Endwell, on the morning of August 23rd 2025, to golden sunbeams filling his room from the rising sun breaking over the distant hills. He left behind, an incredibly devoted and loving staff of caretakers as well as his beloved living children, LuAnne and Jan and daughters-in-law, Line and Marie, and his grandson, Sascha. Because of his fortunate longevity of nearly ninety-eight years, he outlived his wife Patricia, the love of his life, his son Jay and many of his friends and colleagues. Louis attended Syracuse University at age sixteen, only to return after a year, to help build Novello's Dry Cleaning, which his parents, Louis Sr. and Rose had established. He was a member of the National Guards based in Syracuse. He was good willed, humorous, generous, and dedicated to his family, his business, countless charities and friends. He was an avid skier, ever present at Greek Peak, as well as an enthusiastic bicyclist. Both he and his wife, Patricia travelled to many biking destinations throughout North America and Mexico. He competed in Senior bike races and continued to ride into his nineties. In addition, he enjoyed running and competed in local races as well as accompanying Patricia to her many triathlon events. His passing was preceded by his sisters Philomena, and Juanita. He will be missed dearly.
