God called Barbara to be with Him on December 25, 2025. She was residing

at the Vestal Park Nursing Home.

She was pre deceased by her parents, James and Eleanor Salisbury and The late husband of Maryann, Michael Letizia.

Barb is survived by her brother James with good friend Peggy MacCauley. His children are Jill Glennon and Michael Salisbury.

Also surviving are her sister, Maryann Letizia, and sons Joe, Chuck and Chris. Her caring cousin, Kathleen Wilcox, and family also survive.

Barb had a unique sense of humor which gained her many friends that she kept in contact with from high school up to retirement.. She could illustrate her feelings and thoughts in caricature. She loved all animals, especially beagles and always had something representing Snoopy near.

After graduating from North high school in 1965 she entred Arnot Ogden school of Nursing and graduated in 1968. In 1978, she graduated from Liberty Baptist Bible Seminary and Decker School pf Nursing with her Bachelors degree in 1992.

She was employed by UHS Wilson Hospital and Willow point nursing Home.

The family wishes to thank Vestal Park for their continued care and friendship.
