William C Tozer Sr. (Bill) passed away suddenly at his home in Conklin, NY on February 15, 2026

He was born and raised in Endicott, NY.

Bill is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 38 years Joyce Tozer. Also surviving is a son William Jr (Tammy), daughters Kim and Amy, his brother Terry (MaryAnn) Corning NY, nephews Ethan Tozer and Eric Tozer, Brother-in-law Gene Wagner and niece Michelle Wagner

Additionally, Tim Daggers (Lynda) Grand Junction, CO., Danielle Headley (Ethan) Elmira NY, Christopher Barnes (Nita) Binghamton and Sarah Hollenbeck (Sam) Owego NY were honored to have Bill as their bonus dad.

Bill was also the loving grandfather to grandchildren; Joshua and Christopher Tozer, Kylee and Levi Barnes, Christian and Julia Headley, Lily and Jackson Hollenbeck

He is also survived by his fur babies Mickey, Buddy and Snickers.

Bill was predeceased by his parents Richard and Lovina, sisters Dixie Wagner and Paula Tozer and his brother Robert Tozer. Forever in his heart lost through the years were fur babies Cinnamon, Samantha, Bear, Heidi, Newton and Shai.

Bill was a graduate of Union Endicott High School and attended Broome Community College. He worked quality control including 32-years at IBM Endicott. He continued his employment with EIT Endicott, Universal Instruments Conklin and Eck Plastics Binghamton NY.

Bill loved Harley Davidson motorcycles was a long-time member of the Southern Tier Harley Davidson Club and served as that club's secretary for 20 years. He also served as photographer and safety instructor. He was also an avid builder and flyer of RC airplanes was a member of the Binghamton Aeros and Modelers of Binghamton. He spent many happy hours flying airplanes with his buddy Joe Felice. Well, Bill would fly some and Joe would crash some

. Bill also really enjoyed playing practical jokes… his favorite targets were his bonus daughters Danielle and Sarah.

Arrangements for Bill are being handled by Coleman and Daniel Funeral Home, 300 Main St., Endicott, NY
