William (Bill) A. Stover, born July 31, 1941, passed away on Friday February 13, 2026, at the NYS Veterans Home in Oxford, NY, where for the past year he received excellent care. A big thank you to all the staff especially on Apple Floor. Bill enjoyed the company of his wife Gloria (60 + years) at the Vets Home until she passed in 2025.

Bill was one of 12 children and is survived by his three sisters; Betty (Gorton), Dorothy (Parisi) and Shirley (Butchko). Bill was a proud Vietnam Era Army Vet and belonged to several Fraternal Organizations. Gloria and Bill both retired from employment at Binghamton Psychiatric Center and then enjoyed each-others company traveling in and outside of the US. There will be Military Honors and interment at Vestal Hills Memorial Park on Saturday, February 28, at 10:15 a.m. RIP Bill and Gloria.
