Loretta Glover, of Vestal and Atlanta, died peacefully on March 10, 2026.

She was the daughter of George and Mary Ann Glover and grew up with a deep appreciation for family and friends. Loretta had a rare gift for connection, she could strike up a meaningful conversation with anyone and everyone.

Loretta earned her bachelor's degree from King's College and her master's degree from Ithaca College before building a distinguished career in the telecommunications field, where she was a pioneer as a woman in an otherwise allmale technical environment.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Tom Glover of Atlanta. She is survived by her brother Dan Glover of Rochester; her aunt Barbara Vander Veen of Naples; her sisterinlaw Justine Glover of Atlanta; her nieces Alexandra Glover of Atlanta, Julie Glover of Richmond, and Kelley Anderson of Brockport; her nephews Thomas Glover of Atlanta and Dan Glover of Rochester; cousin Patricia Brennan of Endicott; and many other cousins and friends.
