Marie E. Preston, 97 of Vestal, NY went to sleep on March 26th, 2026. She was born February 26th, 1929, in Johnson City New York. She enjoyed shopping,going out for dinner, playing bingo and any time spent with family.

She is Survived by her husband of more than 50 years, Nile L. Preston, Daughters Linda Kipp of Newark Valley, NY and Sharon Traver of Friendsville, PA, five stepchildren Dirk, Mike, Susan, Nancy, and Wendy, several Grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great Grandchildren, Sister Joyce Miller of York, SC, and several Nieces and Nephews.

She is predeceased by her Father Earl Wright, Mother Julia Wright, Brother Lester Wright, Grandchildren Sherry, Jeff, Joey, and Randy, and special lifelong friend Virginia Poorman.

A short service and a Celebration of Life will be held on May 2nd at 11:30 AM at The Bridgewater Church on 167 in Montrose, PA.
