Vicky L. Powell, 67, passed away at Guthrie/Lourdes Hospital, Binghamton, NY after a short illness on 17 April 2026 with family members present. Vicky was predeceased by her Mother Linda (Every, Powell, Browne), Father Richard Powell and daughter Cristy Lyn. Vicky was the beloved mother of Jason Dorais, grandmother to Nevaeh, Miley and Lily Dorais.

Vicky is survived by her brothers Jeffrey, Matthew (Cheryl), Patrick (Michele), Brian, Joseph (Linda), sister Linda (Ale), dad John Browne, Uncle Paul Browne and Aunt Kathleen Beaulieu, Aunt Susan and Uncle Edward (Gentile), many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Vicky's family would like to express their thanks and appreciation to all their family members and friends who offered their prayers, love and support and to the Doctors, Nurses and support staff at Guthrie/Lourdes ICU for their compassion and kindness extended to Vicky and her family.

At Vicky's request there will be no formal funeral services.
