Age 82

Janet Marie Davies Pribulick, 82, of Endicott, New York, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2026. Born on November 9, 1943, Janet lived a life devoted to faith, family, and service to others.

Janet was the beloved wife of Charles "Chuck" Pribulick, whom she married on November 11, 1961. Together, they built a loving home and shared over six decades of marriage filled with commitment, laughter, and unwavering support.

She was a devoted and loving mother to her three sons, Peter (Peg), James (Carol), and David (Rachel). Janet was also a proud and cherished grandmother and great-grandmother whose legacy continues through her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Rachael Hagerman (Justin) and their daughter Abigail; Heather Torres (Guillermo A. Torres) and their children Evelyn, Peter, Griffin, Alvin, Alex, Tiago, and Joshua; Daniel (Christine) and their daughter Lily; Colin (Sarah); Holly Truesdail (Zach) and their daughter Isla Truesdail, Isabella Jimenez-Sanchez (Joaquin) and their daughter Eloisa; Eva Brooke Pribulick; and Joshua Pribulick. Loving niece Roxanne Marie Fleming (Sue Robi Reiter) Her family, spanning New York, Florida, and Colorado, remained the center of her life and greatest pride.

Janet will always be remembered as a caring and spirited wife and mother, lovingly known for raising what she fondly called her "three pain-in-the-butt sons." Each year, from Mother's Day through the end of September, she packed up the household and brought her family to her parents' cottage on Keuka Lake. Those weekends became treasured memories filled with laughter, love, and the simple joys of family life—moments her sons' would later call some of the best times of their lives.

Her home was a place of warmth and welcome. Janet had a remarkable gift for hospitality and could put together a gathering or celebration in a matter of minutes whenever her sons arrived with friends or church youth groups. Alongside her husband, she helped lead youth ministries from their home, touching countless lives. Many have shared how Janet played a role in introducing them to their faith in Jesus Christ, a legacy she held close to her heart. Her involvement included work with Youth for Christ alongside Toby Travis, as well as ministries through Union Center Christian Church. She was also a very outspoken member of the PTA at her sons schools helping to solve many problems.

Janet's faith was not only lived but shared. She traveled throughout the East Coast singing and witnessing for Jesus Christ, later founding "Jan and the YoYo Man" ministry. Her voice, both in song and in testimony, brought inspiration and encouragement to many. She also had the honor of singing the National Anthem on several occasions for the Binghamton Mets.

After raising her family, Janet continued her work ethic and service to others. She helped run the family business, Triangle Business Forms, worked in the men's department at JC Penney in Johnson City, where she assisted many in finding the perfect attire, and later served as a personal shopper at Nordstrom in Columbia, Maryland.

Janet was predeceased by her parents, James and Evelyn Davies, and her sister, Audrey Flemming/Messenger.

Above all, Janet will be remembered for her deep faith, generous heart, joyful spirit, and unwavering love for her family. Her life was a testament to kindness, service, and devotion, and her impact will continue to be felt for generations to come.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved. A memorial service will be held Friday May 1,2026 at the First Baptist Church in Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the church Friday Morning from 10 AM until service time at 11
