Louise K Camp Obituary

Louise Kathleen Camp (Kathy, Lulu), 69, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 30th, 2026.

Kathy was predeceased by her parents Gerry and Shirley Krissell, her brother Richard Kniffen and nieces Jenna and Shannon. She is survived by her husband Larry Camp, sons Eric and Jesse Camp and her grandchildren Dustin, Chase and Everly, brother David (Donna) Krissell, sisters-Diane (Henry) Lovell, Jerrie Lynn (Ron) Smith, April (Norm) Krissell-Johnson and Shirley (David) Depofi.

Kathy was a strong woman, a wild sister, a loving wife, an amazing mother and one very hip lady. She was unafraid to be herself in every way and taught her children that being authentic, caring, and true to who you are were essential qualities to hold on to. Kathy loved the beach, watching the birds fly in the evening, going thrifting with her kids, spoiling her grandkids endlessly, playing board games with her husband (whom she met long ago at EJ's), sharing stories with her friends and family, and letting everyone know exactly what she was thinking.

"She lived for the fight."-Diane(sister)

There will be a private celebration of her life with family. We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Campville Fire Department who assisted us when she had complications from COPD, and Guthrie Lourdes Hospital staff.

We appreciate your kindness, compassion and support.

In lieu of flowers, kindly send a donation to the Campville Fire Dept. 6153, State Route 17c, Endicott, NY
