Pauline Ruth Palmer, born June 8, 1938, went to be with her Savior on Saturday, May 9, 2026. Pauline, also known as Polly, grew up in Vestal, NY, lived for most of her 87 years in West Windsor, NY and the last ten years with her daughter and son-in-law in Binghamton, NY.


Polly was known for her loving, gracious and godly spirit. She was a faithful prayer warrior in her latter years. She was predeceased by her parents, Paul and Gertrude Dean, her husband Theodore Palmer, her sister Shirley Kolanda and brother Bill Dean. She is survived by daughter Connie Terwilliger (Steve), sons Thomas Palmer (Debbie), Paul Palmer (MJ), and David Palmer. She has three grandchildren, Michelle Palmer, Matthew Palmer and Jackie Pacsai and 2 great-grandchildren, Kenzie and Madi.


She graduated from Vestal High School and is remembered by her best friend, Edie. Pauline was a stay-at-home mom and then a nanny to three families (the Balkos, Bolands and Lorenzetis). She loved them all deeply and unconditionally.


She was a member at West Windsor Baptist Church from the 1970s – early 2000s and a member at Central Baptist Church in Binghamton until she entered heaven on Saturday, May 9th. She was an avid reader and prayer warrior. She was often observed with her Bible open, her prayer journal in hand and eyes closed in prayer.


Services will be held at Central Baptist Church, Binghamton, NY. Calling hours are Wednesday May 20, 2026 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. The memorial service will be held at 1:00pm.
