Vickie Lynn Pelton, 69, of Endicott, NY, passed away peacefully on May 17, 2026.

Vickie was born on October 18, 1956. She was predeceased by her parents, Cleon and Betty Mills; her grandson, Domanick Hayward; and her husband, Robert Pelton.

A lifelong resident of Endicott, Vickie was a graduate of Maine-Endwell Central School, Class of 1974. She was employed by IBM and later worked as a bus driver for Maine-Endwell Schools.

Vickie was always a jokester who loved making people laugh. She enjoyed attending church with her husband Bob, going on cruises, and visiting casinos. She especially loved spending time with her family and her beloved furry companion, Bruno.

She is survived by her stepdaughter, Jane (Dan) Polhamus; stepson, Nicholas (Maryann) Pelton; daughter, Aime Crawford; sister, Karen (Jeff Tallman) Griffin; brother, Karl (Nancy) Mills; and grandchildren Natalie, Daniel, Rachel, Luke, and Abel.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Cindy and Theresa from Home Instead, as well as the caregivers from Brookdale Castle Gardens and UHS Wilson Hospital for their care and compassion.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home in Endicott on Saturday, May 30, 2026. Calling hours will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a short ceremony celebrating Vickie's life to follow at 3:00 p.m.
