Scott David Dittrich, 61 of Johnson City New York passed away at his home unexpectedly on August 15th, 2026.

Scott was born on October 21st, 1964 in Vestal New York to parents David F Dittrich and Antonia Dittrich.

He attended Vestal High School, Broome Community College and SUNY Binghamton and for the past six years worked as a Procurement Planner for The Raymond Corporation. Scott was married to Carmen Dittrich in 2014 and they spent 27 years wonderful years together.

Scott loved reading his books and watching the Giants, his favorite football team. He spent his weekends on his porch with his wife enjoying each other's company and the nature in the beautiful garden they built together.

Scott is survived by his wife, Carmen Dittrich; his mother Antonia Dittrich; his sister Deborah Dittrich; his two stepsons, Matthew and Nathan Doty; his 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

He is predeceased by his father David Dittrich; his brother Jere' W Dittrich; and his beloved dogs Queenie and Ponch.

Visitors viewing will be held August 22nd, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM followed by a 2:00 PM service at Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E Main Street, Endicott, New York 13760.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Tunnel to Towers Foundation or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
