Obituary of Rita M. Pellow

Rita M. Pellow Endwell: Rita M. Pellow, 89, of Endwell, passed away on September 9, 2013 surrounded by her loving family at the Susquehanna Nursing Center. Rita was predeceased by her husband, B. Charles Pellow, infant son, Douglas Pellow and son, Mark Pellow. She is survived by her children, son, Charles B. Pellow of Elmira NY and daughter, Constance F. (Steven) Gleason of Elmira NY, grandchildren, Kevin Gleason, Erik Gleason, Andrew Gleason, Mark Pellow, Benjamin Pellow, Rebecca Rutledge and Hope Alise, four great grandchildren and two special sisters, Emma Jean Crisman and Georgia Root. Rita retired from Homer Brink School after many years of service and was a long time member of the First United Methodist Church of Endicott. Rita enjoyed Bowling, Bingo and Crocheting. The family would like to thank the staff of the Susquehanna Nursing Center, especially the 4th Floor Staff for their loving and tender care they have given to Rita during her stay. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 13, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endwell.
