Obituary of Robert Eugene Carlton

Robert E. Carlton, 86, of Vestal, went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 25 2023 at his home. He was predeceased by his parents, Leland and Marjorie Carlton, and his partner, Gloria Gilbride. He is survived by his aunt, Joyce Nichols, several cousins, and his friend, Judy VanDervort. Robert was a U.S. Army Veteran, and an avid hunter and fisherman. He owned and operated R.E. Construction. Robert was a member of the American Legion and the Vestal Elks Club. At his request, services will be private.
