Obituary of Marjorie Skrepcinski

Marjorie Skrepcinski Marjorie Skrepcinski, 84, of Apalachin, passed away on August 27, 2012 at the Willow Point Nursing Home in Vestal, NY. She was born October 10, 1927 in Johnson City, the daughter of the Late Elihue and Hazel Frost Dreher. Marjorie is predeceased by her husband Charles, grandchildren Christy and Adam Vandervort, sister Pauline and brother Elwood. Mrs. Skrepcinski is survived by her children; Ed (Deborah), Judy (Ray) Vandervort, Suzanne (Mark) Smacher, Alan "Jim" (Cindy), Debra Skrepcinski, grandchildren; Shannon and Ryan Smacher, Carrie (Matt) Miron, Chris, Nathan and Kimberly Skrepcinski, Justin Vandervort, great granddaughter Avery Miron, brothers; Elihue Dreher, Leonard Dowart and several nieces and nephews. Marjorie enjoyed her friends, a cold beer, the sun and a good book. The family would like to thank Willow Point Nursing home for the wonderful care and attention that they provided for Marjorie. Calling hours for Marjorie will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2012 from 4:00 - 6:00 P.M. at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 765 Main St., Vestal. A Memorial Service will follow at 6:00 P.M. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
