Our Condolences to the Grencer Family,
Andy was such a big part of our family. I will miss that gorgeous smile, his laughter, his smart comments. He always had the best stories to tell us. Like the time his car broke down on his way to Delaware & his dad traveled all the way from NY to go pick him and Sara up. His love of animals was tremendous. A couple times a year I would go to his house with some homemade chicken soup & the smile on his face was just so awesome & he had this special way of just saying OH Sue….I had the pleasure of going to a couple concerts with Andy, it was always a good time. His knowledge of music was like opening a music encyclopedia. My last dance at my son’s wedding was with Andy. I requested Neil Diamond (one of Andy’s favorites) but the DJ didn’t play it. Thank you for your Service Andy. We Love You. XO

One of my favorite memories was at Inkerman one night after a long hard day of setting up we were just talking for hours about everything and anything by the CBL. I remember not wanting to walk away because I knew then that it was something I'd hold on to and that the next day would start the hard grind and back to the reality there in Afghanistan.

I am so sorry for this huge loss. I am so lucky to have got the chance to spend time with Andy and get to know him as my wonderful cousin. He was a huge light full of fun and laughter. Our always quoted memories are "Salad fingers" for Cris and "Kenny freaking Rogers" for me. Love you Andy. Rest easy soldier, watch over us, and until we meet up there, save us a great seat. xoxo

Andy you will be in our hearts forever with all the humor and love you had. Both sets of your grand parents are beside you now as well as others you have loved who passed before you.
