Obituary of Anna W Welch

Anna Marie Welch Anna Marie Welch, age 82, was born October 6, 1930, and died at home surrounded by her husband and family on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 after a fight against cancer. She was married 65 plus years to her loving husband, Albert Welch. Their marriage was a fine example to their five children and their spouses: Linda and John Cavataio, Sally and Chuck Bechy, Michael and Kathy Welch, Jeff and Corrine Welch, Susan and Jim Whittaker. She had eleven grandchildren: Greg and Sam Cavataio, Trista, Chad, and Jonathan Bechy, David and Rene Welch, Michelle and Sarah Welch, and Philip and Casey Whittaker. She had 10 greatgrandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, Kurt and Anna Rosenberger and seven siblings. She showered much love on her family and friends with gifts of good meals, knit potholders or dishcloths, afghans and quilts, and other gifts, most of which were made by her and given with love. A long time member of South Apalachin Baptist Church. Calling hours and Memorial Service will be on Sunday, July 21, 2013 at South Apalachin Baptist Church, 4116 Pennsylvania Avenue, Apalachin, NY 13732. There will be a time of receiving friends and family from 1-3pm with Memorial Service starting at 3 pm.
