Obituary of David R. Koch

David R. Koch David R. Koch, 89, of Vestal, died peacefully Wednesday morning, November 13, 2013, at Lourdes Hospital. He was predeceased by a grandson, Brian Koch. He is survived by his wife, Rosarie (Sara) Koch; his children, David (Lynne) Koch, Larry (Diane) Koch, Nancy (Kevin) Kuklis, and Jerry Koch; his grandchildren, Christopher and Sarah Kuklis, Amy and Jody Koch, Craig (Karen) Koch, and Carley (Richard) Simcock; great-grandchildren, Georgina Simcock, Tobias Simcock, and Jack Koch; several nieces and nephews. He was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Vestal. A retired employee of IBM, Owego, and a member of the Vestal Volunteer Fire Department Company #3, the Knights of Columbus of Vestal, and Meals on Wheels of Western Broome. The family will receive friends at the Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home LLC, 765 Main St., Vestal, Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
