Obituary of Theresa Cartossa

Theresa Marie Cartossa Of Vestal Theresa Marie Cartossa, 17, of Vestal, died suddenly May 21, 2007 at her home. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Albert Londa, and her uncle, Edward Cartossa. She is survived by her loving family and friends, her father, Kenneth Cartossa, Sunrise, FLA.; her mother, Pat Cartossa, Vestal, NY; her siblings, Jennifer Cartossa, Alicia Cartossa, and Thomas Cartossa, all of Vestal; her special sister, Lisa Szoboda, Chigaco, Ill; her grandparents, Patricia Londa, Vestal, NY, Alice and Edward Cartossa, Sunrise, Fla, her many favorite aunts, uncles,and cousins, Kathy and Rick Small and their children, Kyle and Kelly, Lutz, Fla.; John and Joanne Londa and their children, Chris and Pat, Lunenburg, Mass.; Joe and Barb Londa and their children, Evan and Emma, Carmel, NY.; Jeane and Frank Frear and Pumpkin, Johnson City, NY; Mary Londa and her children, John and Dustin, Iman, S.C., Jim and Lori-Starr Londa and their children, Casey, Caitlin, Sarah and Margaret, Vestal, NY; Dan and Margaret Londa and their children, Gillian and Daniel, Houston, TX; Joan and Mike Bilski and their children, Michael, Aiden, and Ryan, Wilkes-Barre, PA; Robert Cartossa, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; and Sherri Cartossa-Waldman and their children, Michael, Craig and Nicholas, Boca Raton, Fla. Theresa was a Senior at Vestal High School and she was a great big sister. She loved beading and artwork, walking (she walked home from school everyday), bicycling, avid reader, sudoku puzzles, and was a member of the High School Writers Block and Environmental Club. A funeral Mass will be offered at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, May 24, 2007, at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Charles St., Vestal, NY. Burial will be at the family convenience in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Valhala, NY on Friday, May 25th. The family will receive friends at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Inc. 765 Main St., Vestal, NY, Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 P.M.
