Obituary of John Dahulich

John Dahulich, 88, of Endicott, died peacefully Thursday evening, July 19, 2007, at the Ideal Senior Living Center. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Mary Dahulich. He is survived by his wife, Mary Dahulich, Endicott; daughter and son-in-law, Sandy and Jim Fye, Endicott; son and daughter-in-law, Ron and Sandy Dahulich, Fuquay, NC; his grandchildren, Stacy and husband, Tom Adornato, Danielle and husband, Kirk Bane, and Kelly Fye and Bob Johnson, Tim and wife, Maureen Dahulich, Lisa and husband, Michael Hrehor, and Jeffrey Dahulich; eight great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, George and Mary Dahulich; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Theresa and John Laskowski, Celia and Frank Sweet, Irene and Chet Ciak; several nieces and nephews. He was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church of Endicott. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Air Force in Greenland. He was a retired Postal worker and was a member of NARFE. He was an avid golfer and fisherman and was a member of the Bill Flynn Fan Club. The family wishes to thank the staff at Ideal Senior Living Center, Daffodil Court, and the Dialysis Unit at Binghamton General Hospital for their loving care of John. He will be missed by his loving family. Funeral services will be held Monday at 9:30 a.m. from the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott, and 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Entombment will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endwell. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 4 - 7 P.M. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 701 West Main St., Endicott, or to a charity of one's choice.
