Obituary of Samuel G. Stewart

Rev. Samuel G. Stewart Of Endicott The Rev. Samuel G. Stewart, of Endicott, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Tuesday, September 4, 2007, at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Johnson City. He was predeceased by his wife, Alice, in 2003. He is survived by his children and their spouses, David and Gladys Stewart, Rebecca and Paul Simmons, John and Denise Stewart, Dorothy Sackett, Mary and Mark Begeal, Samuel Stewart, Jr., James and Gail Stewart, Ruthann and David Huffman; 14 grandchildren, Joy, Juliann, Jason, Marie and her husband, Gary, Dedorah, Sarah and her husband, Nakoa, Marissa, Paul and his wife, Wanda, Jonathan, William and his wife, Elizabeth, Kenneth and Mark, Randy and Rachel; eight great-grandchildren, Jessica, Talib, Kyle, Cody, Calib, Katriel, Alisha and Aiden; a brother, Kenneth Stewart; several nieces and nephews. Sanuel was a former Pastor of Willow Point Baptist Church, Vestal and operated an international radio ministry. He dedicated his life to the Lord and ministry to his fellow man. The funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday at the Ross Corners Baptist Church, 2101 Owego Rd., Vestal, NY. The Rev. Rollin Howard, Pastor of the church, will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Endicott, at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends Friday evening, 7:00 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, 10:00 11:00 a.m. at the Church.
