Obituary of Frances N Little

Frances N. Little of Endicott, N.Y. Frances N. Little, 101, of Endicott, N.Y., passed away gracefully on Thursday evening in the company of her family. Her adoring husband, Harold B. Little; son, L. Frank Little; grandson, Michael Little; daughter-in-law, Linda Little, were all waiting to welcome her into Heaven. Her loving sons, Gary K. Little and wife, Opal, and James C. Little, carry on her legacy with her grandchildren, James Little, Lynn Little, Cheryl DiGiacomo, Col. Laura Little USMC, Kim Fritz, Kathy Eckert and Bill Little; and ten great-grandchildren. She was an outgoing and compassionate person and enjoyed her family immensely. She was a lifelong member of Saint Paul's Episcopal Church in Endicott, N.Y., and a member of the choir for over 50 years. She was a charter member of The Harmony Club of the Triple Cities. As a young woman, she was a member of the Endicott-Johnson Chorus and a soloist for the Endicott-Johnson Band. Her family enjoyed her good nature, wonderful sense of humor, and her cooking (especially her delicious pies). We will miss her dearly. The family would like to thank the staff of Riverview Manor Nursing Home for the wonderful care and friendship Frances received. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5-7 p.m. at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott, N.Y. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, February 12, 2008, at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 200 Jefferson Ave., Endicott, N.Y., with the Rev. Susanna DesMarais, Rector of her church, will officiate. Burial will follow at Riverhurst Cemetery, Endwell, N.Y. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Riverview Manor Nursing Home, 5th Ave., Owego, N.Y. 13827.
