Craig R. Robbinsof Endwell, N.Y.
Craig R. Robbins, 62, of Endwell, N.Y., passed away unexpectedly at his home on February 11, 2008. He was predeceased by his parents, G. Richard (Dick) Robbins and Marian Cambers Robbins of Vestal, N.Y. He is survived by his wife, Mariel (Young) Robbins; his children, Tiffany L. Robbins, Endicott, Tracy F. Robbins, Endicott, Richard Robbins, Endwell, Caren and Mikel Holochak, Candor, Connie and Scott Kirkpatrick, Johnson City, Catherine and Mark McLain, Endwell; his grandchildren, whom he loved so much, Tristyn Lea Robbins, Amanda, Austen and Angel Holochak, Karisa Kirkpatrick, Matthew and Malorie McLain; his two sisters, Annie and Jack Fisher, Texas, and Lori and Mark Michaelson, Arizona; sister-in-law, HerbaJean and Mark Thomas, Florida; brother-in-law, Gary and Anita Young, New Mexico; and several nieces and nephews; his special friends, Phil and Bonnie Gallagher and Harry and Sue McLain. He is also survived by his true friend, Marian Salvatore Robbins. He was a 1963 graduate of Vestal High School and a longtime employee of the Greater Binghamton Airport, Edwin A. Link Field, working for security and U.S. Air. He was famous for his beautiful Christmas lights display on Airport Road, Binghamton. He always did whatever he could for anyone who needed it. He was dearly loved by everyone that knew him and will be forever missed and fondly remembered.
A Funeral Service for Craig will be held 3 p.m., Thursday, February 14, 2008, at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott. The Rev. Steven Johnson, Pastor of the Maine Federated Church, will officiate. Burial will be at the family's convenience. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until service time at 3 p.m. Those wishing may make contributions in Craig's memory to the American Heart Association, Broome County Chapter, 59 Court St., Binghamton, N.Y. 13901.
