Obituary of Adeline Frasca

Adeline (Dede) Frasca Of Apalachin Adeline (Dede) Frasca, 85, of Apalachin, died Saturday, April 12, 2008, at the Ideal Senior Living Center, after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her husband, Emilio, in September 2001; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Leone, Altoona, PA; a brother, Louis, Altoona, PA; and two sisters, Lucretia Civiello and Yolanda Burton, both of Altoona, PA. She is survived by one son, Larry, Apalachin; one brother, Pete Deventura and his wife, Ann, Charleroi, Pa; three sisters, Mary Picano and her husband, Frank, Altoona, Pa, Jean Weineman and her husband, Robert, Pittsburgh, PA, and Alice DiFiori, Altoona, PA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was an avid golfer and spent many happy hours with her husband, Doc, and her many golfing friends. She was a member of the Apalachin Golf Course and was an honorary member of the Endicott Elks Lodge #1977. She was an honorary member of the Italian American Club of Cape Coral, Fla. Funeral and Interment Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at the Tower of Memories Chapel at Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The Rev. Fr. William Moorby will officiate. Entombment will be at Vestal Hills Memorial Park. There will be no calling hours. Expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to the Endicott Elks Lodge #1977, 619 N.
