Obituary of Antoinette Roma

Antoinette (Franchini) Romaof Vestal Antoinette (Franchini) Roma, of Castle Gardens, Vestal, formerly of Endicott, died Monday, May 5, 2008, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Binghamton. She was predeceased by her husbands, Sam J. Roma, March 1, 1999, Joseph Franchini, December 10, 1955. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Marino and Donna Franchini, Loudenville, Louis Franchini, Germantown, Md., and loved ex-daughter-in-law, Melody Franchini, Brunswick, Md., Nancy and James, Latham, N.Y., Mary and Bill Oliver, Vestal, N.Y., Joseph and Becky Franchini, Endicott; stepdaughter, Terry Robble, Johnson City; 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, including a special niece, Theresa Lorica, Albany. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Endicott. Antoinette is a tribute to all Mothers. Her lifelong passion was the love and care for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held 9:30 a.m., Thursday at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott, and 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Endicott, where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home. Those wishing may make contributions to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn. 38105.
