Obituary of Arlene Sick

Arlene May (Willis) Sickof Endicott Arlene May (Willis) Sick, 82, passed on to be with our Heavenly Father, her twin sister, Alene, and all those who have been waiting for her, on Monday, May 19, 2008. Arlene is predeceased by her son, Gregory. She is survived by her loving husband, James, of 60 years; six children, Susan, Joan, Ann, Mary, Paul and Beth; 25 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and was a very special aunt and great-aunt. Arlene was devoted to her family with unconditional love. She was also a devoted member of the Whittemore Hill United Methodist Church. She was truly a kind-hearted, generous, compassionate and loving person who will remain close in our hearts. Family will receive friends from 10 to 11 on Thursday at the Whittemore Hill United Methodist Church. A memorial service will follow at 11:00. Burial will take place at Vestal Hills Cemetery at 1:30. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Whittemore Hill United Methodist Church in care of Warren Whittemore, 4931 Day Hollow Rd., Endicott, N.Y. 13760.
