Obituary of Grace Hurd

Grace Nana E. Hurd Formerly of Vestal Grace Nana Hurd, 55, formerly of Vestal, passed away on Friday, May 30, at Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, Pa. She was predeceased by her mother, Jessie Whalen; brother, John Hurd; and son-in-law, Jason Noyes. She is survived by her father, James Whalen; a daughter, Jessie Hurd and fianc, Tim Salisbury; five brothers, five sisters, several nieces and nephews; two grandchildren, Kaylee Grace and Aidan James. Grace was a loving, giving and kindhearted person who would do anything for anyone. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Rt 434, Apalachin. Burial will be in Tioga Cemetery, Owego. The family will receive their friends on Tuesday from 12:00 Noon until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to her grandbabies.
