Obituary of Jean Hatfield

Sylvia Jean Hatfield formerly of Apalachin Sylvia Jean Hatfield, age 73 of Mt. Juliet, TN, (formerly of Apalachin, NY) passed away Friday, March 20, 2009. Sylvia was a native of Johnson City, NY. She enjoyed crocheting, scrap booking and especially spending time with her family which included their experiences to new and different restaurants. She was a member of the Mt. Juliet Senior Center where she enjoyed socializing with her friends. Sylvia was predeceased by her husband, Richard L. Hatfield. She is survived by her daughter, Carrie Hatfield-Paris and close family friend, Mistie Ingram of Antioch, TN; her sons, John (Maureen) Hatfield of Endicott, NY and Gary (Nancy) Hatfield of Lebanon, TN; her sisters, Ruth Nowicki of Chenango Bridge, NY and Margaret Crone of Conyers, GA; her brother, Robert DeMaria of Sanitaria Springs, NY; several grandchildren, Kathryn, Nicholas and Elizabeth Hatfield, Tonya (Randy) Lester, Tammy (Danny) Williams and Holly (Tyrone) Hatfield; her great-grandchildren, Bailey, Lacey, Briana, Nicole, Aliah and Keara; and several nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by her companion and beloved kitty, Mittens. A private interment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Apalachin, NY at the convenience of the family. Contributions may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are made by Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Inc., St. Rt. 434, Apalachin, NY.
