Obituary of Josephine A Crowley

Josephine A. Crowley of Endicott Josephine A. Crowley, 90, of Endicott, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, March 31, 2009, at Willow Point Nursing Home in Vestal. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Mary Hujar; her brothers, Joseph, Stanley, Edward, Walter, and Norman; and a sister, Amelia. She is survived by her daughter, Joanne Crowley, Endicott; her sons, Thomas (Maryann) Crowley and Patrick (Joyce Ann) Crowley, both of Endicott; eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Throughout her entire life, Josephine both professed and demonstrated a strong faith in God and her church. She was a member of St. Ambrose Church of Endicott and was an avid rosary maker, having made thousands of rosaries over her lifetime. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Ambrose Church, 203 Washington Ave., Endicott. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive their friends on Saturday morning from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott. Those wishing are asked to make contributions to St. Ambrose Church in her memory.
