Obituary of Ann G Steele

Ann G. Steele of Vestal Ann G. Steele, 77, of Vestal, went home to be with the Lord Monday, March 30 2009 at Binghamton General Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband, Otto Steele, her parents, Walter and Jane Greene, and a brother, Roger Greene. She is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Walter and Mary Greene, South Carolina; one sister-in-law, Carol Greene, Albany, NY; two nephews, Scott Greene, Endicott, Clark Greene, Rhode Island; two nieces, Ellen Fernandez, Kentucky, Suzanne Greene, South Carolina; two dear friends, Ron and Valerie Tokarz, Vestal. Ann was an employee of the Sheltered Workshop of Binghamton and a member of the New Hope Presbyterian Church, Vestal. Ann was a true Christian who rose above physical limitations and personal challenges to touch other people's lives. Funeral and Interment Services for Ann will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2009 at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Inc., 765 Main St., Vestal. James White will officiate. Burial will be at the family's convenience in Smith Valley Cemetery, Willseyville, NY. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 12 Noon until service time at 1 p.m.
