Obituary of Alexis W. Russin

Alexis W. Russin Jr, of Owego, and formerly of Binghamton and Endicott, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2014 after a lengthy illness. He was predeceased by his parents Alexis W. and Anna Russin Sr, and two special friends John Sweden and Paul Holowatch. He is survived by many cousins and special friends including Norman and Janet Cross, Shirley Sweden, Stella Holowatch, and Mildred Finch. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday at 1PM from St. Peter & Paul's Russian Orthodox Church, 210 Hill Ave., Endicott. Rev. Alexey Karlgut will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the church Tuesday from 12PM until service time at 1. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the memorial fund of the church, or to the charity of one's choice.
