Obituary of Priscilla Waters

Our beloved wife and mother, Priscilla Waters, of Vestal passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 6, 2014. She was predeceased by her parents Lincoln and Irene Stoughton and her in-laws Glenn and Irene Waters. She is survived by her loving husband, David; children, Ben and Val; and her brothers, Bob (Becky) Stoughton of Fairborn, OH, Phil (Nancy) Stoughton of Cincinnati, OH, and Chris (Sue) Stoughton of W. Chicago, IL. A Funeral Mass will be offered at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 801 Main St., Vestal, at 10 a.m. on Thursday. Burial will follow in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home at 765 Main St., Vestal on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations in Priscilla's name be made to Samaritan Counseling Center of the Southern Tier, 202 E. Main St., Endicott, NY 13760.
