Obituary of Nelson E. Holland

Nelson Earl Holland, loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend stepped into eternity November 4, 2015. In both Navy and Army Nelson served his country with honor and distinction for 42 years. As an IBM employee of 20 years and private business owner, Nelson was known by many and liked by all. His interests included fishing, camping, carpentry and all things mechanical. As a kind and thoughtful man, he knew well how to give the perfect gift. Nelson is survived by his wife, Joan Holland, children; Lori, Billy and Lenlie, five grandchildren, one great grandchild, his sister, Marie and her husband Don. Nelson will be dearly missed as he was dearly loved. The family will receive friends on Tuesday at 10am with a funeral service to follow at 11am at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, LLC, 300 E. Main St. Endicott. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park following the service.
