Obituary of Catherine E. Lanz

Catherine E. Lanz (Betty), 88, of Vestal, passed away on Wednesday November 25, 2015 at home. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles J. Lanz; son, Eric W. Lanz; grandson, Scot J. Lanz; parents, Raymond and Florence Jones; sister, Evelyn Faby; nieces, Laurie Scardina and Colleen Ehrich. She is survived by her son, Carl J. Lanz, San Antonio, TX; grandchildren, Peter T. and Caroline M. Lanz and their mother, Janis M. Lanz, Round Rock, TX; caregivers, Sue Shea and Bill Eno; nieces, Kathleen Caffrey and Marty Fuller, both of California; and step-sister, Peggy Gabrill. Betty was a member of Our lady of Sorrows Church, Vestal. The family will receive friends at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, LLC, 765 Main St. Vestal, on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 12:30 p.m.
