Obituary of Welton J. Baldwin

Welton Baldwin (Baldy), 80, of Warren Center, PA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 20, 2016 at his home. He was predeceased by his wife, Beverly (2003); his son, Donald (1985); sisters, Mildred and Mary; brothers, Elson and Jim. He is survived by his children, Burt (Betsy) Baldwin, Linda (Jim) Olmstead, Ron (Penny) Baldwin; grandchildren, Cindy, Jimmy, Shawneen, Heather, Amanda and Katie; his sister, Verna (Ken) Vail; several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and his very special four legged friend, Dixie. Baldy retired from Allied Industrial Services in 1993 and started Baldwin's Garage, Warren Center, PA. He was a generous man helping many friends and people he didn't even know. He will be missed by all who knew him. A funeral service will held at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, LLC, 6519 State Rt. 434, Apalachin on Friday at 11 a.m. Rev. Larry Jennings, Pastor of Warren Center Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will follow in Warren Center Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Baldy can be made to Warren Center Baptist Church or Little Meadows Rescue.
