Obituary of Debra A. Bankhead

On Thursday, Feb. 4th 2016, the universe shone brighter as its' two new stars, Debra A. Bankhead and Michael J. Colburn Sr. took their final road trip in the sky. Both were survived by their 5 children, Carrie (Bryan) Mozes, "JR" Daniel Bankhead Jr., Dena Bankhead, Kevin (Cassandra) Colburn, Mark (April) Colburn, and their 15 "Golden" grandkids. They will be met at heavens gates with open arms by John Colburn Jr., "Mikey" Colburn Jr., Ronnie Black, and Olivia Snow. They will be forever remembered by their Parents, Ethel and John Colburn Sr., and Joyce Black, as well as Debi's sisters Diana, and Annette, and Michael's brothers and sisters; Dan, Jeff, Kathy, Patty, and Steve. Their memory will be fondly carried on by countless family members and friends. Deb and Mike will always be known for living life to its fullest, and their undying love for their grandchildren. They truly touched every soul they came across along their journey. A celebration of their lives will be held Saturday February 20, 2016 at 12PM from the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, LLC, 300 East Main St, Endicott. The Rev. Daniel Eddings will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 4-7PM and Saturday from 11AM until service time at 12PM. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in their memory to the Broome County Veterans Memorial Association, 78 Main St, Binghamton, NY 13905.
