Obituary of George W. Dunham
George W. Dunham, 85, of Endicott, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 27, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Irene, son Kraig; daughter, Denise and spouse, Melanie; grandchildren, Camille, Danielle, Brendon, Pierce and Bryce; brother, Franklyn and his sister, Elizabeth Twomey; numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded by his parents, Alyene and Delbert; brother, Delbert Jr.; sisters, Jane Loeffler and Charity Seifert. George graduated from Union-Endicott HS, and Tri-State University as an Electrical Engineer. He served in the Navy during the Korean War as a Fire Control Technician. He was a successful business owner and operator balancing his love for business, family, travel and church. Upon retirement George and Irene balanced their time between the Florida Keys, St. Lawrence River and traveling abroad. George served in the Coast Guard Auxiliary for 15 years. His passion was to be on the water, boating, fishing, and painting. The family will receive family and friends on Friday, April 1, 2016 at the Union Center United Methodist Church, 128 Maple Drive, Endicott, NY 13760 at 10 am. A Celebration of Life Service will start at 11am. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Apalachin, NY following the service.
