Obituary of Liane Bauernschmitt

Liane Bauernschmitt, 59, of Apalachin, died on August 26, 2016 at Riverview Manor, Owego, following a short and heroic struggle against cancer. She leaves her son Evan Bauernschmitt of Apalachin; her mother Lyle (MacKenzie) Kenney of Gettysburg, PA; her father and stepmother J. Ernest and April E. Kenney of Springfield, VA, her brother Christopher Kenney of North Plainfield, NJ, her sister and brother-in-law Joann and Michael Tipton of Gettysburg, PA, her half-brother and sister-in-law Adam and Christine Kenney of Frederick, MD, her former husband John Bauernschmitt of Endicott, numerous beloved nieces and nephews and many dear friends.No funeral service will be held. A celebration of life commemoration service at Apalachin United Methodist Church for family and friends is being planned.
