Obituary of John Andrew Novitske

John A. Novitske, 60, of Johnson City, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on November 7, 2016. He is predeceased by his parents, Andrew and Jane Novitske, and brother, Walter Majka. John is survived by his loving and "Super Duper" wife, Mary Ann (Bravi) Novitske; daughter, Amanda (Carrissa) Novitske; brother, Ron (Andrea) Majka; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Joseph (Ella) Sobiech, Stephen (Renee) Sobiech, and Robert (Donna) Sobiech; his four legged buddy, Winston; and several nieces and nephews. John worked at Endicott Johnson for 25 years and United Health Services for 14 years, where he loved working with the patients and fellow employees. The family would like to thank Lourdes Hospice for their compassionate and loving care they had given to John. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, LLC, 300 E. Main St., Endicott. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
