Obituary of Inez C Gehm

Inez C. Gehm of Endicott Inez C. Gehm, 98, of Endicott, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2009, at the Willow Point Nursing Home, Vestal. She was predeceased by her first husband, John Fitch; and her second husband, Homer Gehm. She was also predeceased by her brothers and sisters. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Gerald and Irene Fitch, Binghamton; one daughter and son-in-law, Mary Lou and Charles Hadley, Binghamton; four grandchildren and their spouses, Mark Hadley, Lisa (Barry) Winters, Russell (Michelle) Fitch, Jeff (Jill) Hadley; five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Inez was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church of Endicott. She enjoyed her summer home in Westport, Ontario, Canada, and was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Inez also enjoyed antiques, garage sales and flea markets. The family would like to thank the staff at the Willow Point Nursing Home for the wonderful care given to Inez. A funeral service for Inez will be held 12 p.m. Saturday, May 30, 3009, at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Inc., 300 E. Main St., Endicott. The Reverend Susan E. Davis, Pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Endicott, will officiate. Burial will be at the family's convenience in Riverside Cemetery, Endicott. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 11 a.m. until service time at 12 p.m.
