Obituary of Merle R. David

Merle (Butch) David, 70, passed away May 27th, 2017 in Zephyrhills, Florida. He is predeceased by his parents, Merle & Arlene (La Due) David. He is survived by his wife Joyce, daughters Kimberlyn David, Tammie (John) Risko, sister Dianne (Don) Fenstemacker, step children Pam (Doug) Wilkerson, Richard (Tina) Gourley, William (Merrilyn) Hurd, grandson Justin Rhodes, six step grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, Aunts, Uncles and sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Butch worked for Union Endicott School district for 34 years. Music was his passion. He was inducted into the Cortland Country Music Park hall of honor in 2007. He will be greatly missed by all his friends and family. Funeral services will be held at Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, LLC, 300 East Main St, Endicott, NY on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. Family and friends are welcome from 12:30 p.m. until the service time. Burial immediately following in Vestal Hills Memorial Park.
