Obituary of Barbara M. Damari

Barbara M. Damari, 83, of Whitney Point, passed away after a long illness, at home where she wanted to be, on Tuesday October 3, 2017. She was predeceased by her husband, Bill Damari, her mother and father, Mary and James McManus, and her brother James McManus. She is survived by her children; Deborah (Terry) Damari-Tull, William J. Damari, Steven (Sue) Damari, Laura Damari, Bobbi Damari, grandchildren; Jamie Tull, Christopher (Kristen) Tull, her brother, Edward McManus, brother-in-law, Roland Damari, along with several nieces, nephews and their families. Also, several life-long friends in her home state of Rhode Island. The family wishes to thank Hospice, and a very special thank you to Rhonda and her team of loving girls for their kind and gentle care of mom over these past six months. She was a loving wife and mother who will be deeply missed by her family. The family will receive friends at Most Holy Rosary Church, 2596 Main St. (Rt. 26) Maine, NY on Friday October 20th, at 10 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass offered at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice in memory of Barbara M. Damari.
