Obituary of Alan Glenn Silvernail

Alan G. Silvernail – With a heavy heart we announce the sudden death of our beloved son and brother, Alan G. Silvernail. He is survived by his mother Trudy Silvernail, father and stepmother Alva & Carole Silvernail, brother Robert Silvernail, sisters Darlene (Tom) Bucinell, Christina Hellmann, Linda (Joe) Igo, nieces Melissa (Christopher) Gaugler, Amanda Hellmann, nephew Joe Igo, great nephew Xander Gaugler. Alan was a graduate of Vestal High School and worked as a mechanic for over 40 years at National Pipe. We will miss a gentle man, with a heart full of compassion. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 4 – 6 pm at Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, LLC, 765 Main Street, Vestal, with a Memorial Service at 6 pm. Pastor David Grate officiating. Memorial donations in his name may be made to the Broome County Humane Society or the Animal Care Council.
