Obituary of Dale Brown

Montrose, PA - Dale Brown, 64, of Montrose, formerly of Little Meadows, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday morning, January 17, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was born on September 11, 1953 in Sayre, PA to the late Charlotte M. Kretzmer and Donald Henry Brown. Surviving is his wife of 43 years Sharon Brown, his four children and their spouses, Brandi and Mick Perry, Bugsy (Dale) and Bridgette Brown, Shannon and Jeremy Kendrick, Donnie Brown and Sandy Schwenk, also his brothers and sisters, Donald and Jean Brown, Dixie and Jim Russell, Joanie and Les Evans, George Brown and Tim Paige, Anita Salsman, Ronald and Doris Brown, Gail and Dave King, Bobby and Sue Brown,12 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Also survived by many friends, he always made new friends everywhere he went, he was loved by many! He is predeceased by his sister Bonnie Truesdale. Dale is known for his love of Rocky movies, playing horseshoes, Giants football, Yankees baseball, watching fox news, and his love for all animals. He was a devoted father and will be missed by everyone who knew him. Calling hours will be Monday January 22, 2018 from 3 until time of service. Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, St Rte.434, Apalachin.
