Obituary of George Card

George M. Card of Johnson City George M. Card, 66, of Johnson City, loving father, son and brother, passed away suddenly at home Sunday, July 12, 2009. He was predeceased by his father, George W.M. Card; and his grandparents, Merton and Iva Vincent. He is survived by his beloved mother, Marjorie Vincent Card; sister, Kathy Watson and husband, David; brother, Johnny Card; son, Vincent Card and wife, Carrie, and grandsons, Zachary and Cameron; daughter, Katie Card; and many special nieces, nephews and cousins. George was a longtime member of American Bikers Aimed Towards Education (ABATE) Southern Tier Chapter and always considered his fellow members were part of his family. George's family would especially like to thank his close friends, Billy Melinsky, Dennis Stashko, Andy Reynolds, Roger Faling, Karen Ralston, Corky Clark and especially Susie Scovell who has been his #1 fan for 27 years. George touched many lives and will always be loved and remembered by us all. At George's request, there will be no calling hours. A private memorial service is planned.
